Company Description
GreenCompass is a hub for parents and children looking for curated multi-sensory experiences/activities at private events and parties for children. They specialize in carnival-style setups for children of all ages at exhibitions and corporate events. Each activity they curate encourages children to explore and investigate, building stronger connections with the world around them.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong event planning and execution skills (concept to completion)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creative thinking for designing engaging event concepts and setups
- Vendor management – sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating suppliers
- Budget management and cost optimization
- Ability to handle on-ground operations efficiently
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar, Forms)
- Knowledge of social media coordination for event promotions
- Experience in team handling and delegation of tasks
- Good problem-solving and quick decision-making ability during events
- Attention to aesthetics, detail, and customer experience
- Flexibility to work on weekends and travel for events
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹14, ₹55,259.41 per month
