Job Title: Event Marketing Manager
Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru (Onsite)
Compensation: ₹15 LPA – ₹20 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for U.S. trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align event objectives with business goals.
- Oversee booth design, event branding, and onsite execution, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience.
- Manage relationships with vendors, event organizers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Track budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Measure event success, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all U.S. event-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably within the B2B or SaaS sector.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work across time zones and travel within the U.S. as required.
- Experience with event marketing tools such as HubSpot is a plus.
