As we continue to expand our operations in India, we are seeking a motivated Events Assistant to join our Bengaluru team and grow toward a future leadership position.

Position Overview:

The Events Assistant will play a key supporting role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of events across diverse sectors. This position offers a unique opportunity for an aspiring events professional to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills required to advance into event management. Working closely with senior team members, you will contribute to all aspects of event logistics, client engagement, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the conceptualisation, planning, and coordination of corporate and promotional events.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
  • Support the development and implementation of event marketing and promotional activities.
  • Provide operational support during events, including setup, coordination of activities, and attendee management.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for future projects.
  • Contribute ideas for enhancing efficiency, creativity, and overall event impact.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Prior internship or experience in event coordination, marketing, or client services will be advantageous.
