About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Operations & Program Manager to strategize, plan, and execute impactful marketing and business operations for our region. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end program management for large-scale initiatives and events from conceptualization to flawless execution while ensuring seamless stakeholder collaboration and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, and execute marketing and business operations for the region.
  • Lead campaign management, driving initiatives that promote programs and events.
  • Prepare detailed project costing and manage event P&L.
  • Conceptualize, identify, and curate IPs and partnerships with regional teams.
  • Identify and onboard key partners, speakers, curators, and SMEs as per program needs.
  • Manage end-to-end event execution (physical, hybrid, or virtual) — including production, logistics, speaker coordination, and vendor management.
  • Proactively manage crises and ensure on-ground problem-solving with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams — Business Development, Creative, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Maintain process purity and ensure compliance with all internal standards.
  • Liaise with external bodies and government authorities for necessary event permissions.
  • Stay updated with market trends in events and experiential marketing.
  • Handle special assignments and national projects as per organizational needs.

What We're Looking For

  • 10–15 years of experience in campaign management, events, and business operations (large-format events, activations, conferences, or phygital experiences).
  • Proven expertise in planning and executing high-intensity, long-term programs.
  • Strong vendor network and hands-on experience in managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work cross-functionally with national teams.
  • Fluency in Kannada and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-driven, ethical, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing and experiential events.

  • Professionals from Retail, Insurance, E-commerce, Automobile, or Media industries.
