About :
We are looking for a smart, resourceful, and proactive Client Servicing Executive
who can seamlessly manage day-to-day coordination, client communication, and project execution for high-end corporate events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks on their feet, and brings both structure and agility to every assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and clients for ongoing projects and events.
- Manage end-to-end coordination — from brief to execution — ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
- Prepare and maintain event documents including timelines, checklists, vendor trackers, and status reports.
- Liaise with venues, hotels, production teams, and logistics partners for smooth execution of on-ground activities.
- Support creative and design teams by providing clear briefs and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Handle day-to-day communication, follow-ups, and approvals with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Be present on-site during events to oversee setup, guest flow, and overall execution.
- Anticipate challenges and resolve them with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a positive, client-first attitude in all interactions.

- Sound understanding of event workflows, production basics, and vendor coordination.
- Tech-savvy (proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with event or project management tools is a plus).
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in creating exceptional event experiences.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Mass Communication, Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an event agency or client servicing role.
