Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Event Manager
to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events, conferences, trade fairs, exhibitions, and special projects. The role requires strong organizational skills, vendor and stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality events aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion (conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs, workshops, buyer-seller meets, corporate gatherings, etc.).
  • Develop event strategies, timelines, budgets, and checklists.
  • Manage relationships with sponsors, partners, exhibitors, and participants.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors for logistics, branding, design, and technical requirements.
  • Ensure all legal, compliance, and safety requirements for events are met.
  • Monitor event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Manage event registrations, delegate experience, and provide customer support.
  • Handle event marketing, including social media, press releases, and promotional campaigns (in collaboration with the marketing team).
  • Oversee post-event activities, including reporting, feedback collection, and ROI analysis.
  • Lead and mentor a team of coordinators/volunteers during events.
