About Us
Events by NSR is a fast-growing event management company specializing in corporate events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, and brand activations. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate to expand our client base, drive revenue, and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the corporate and event industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Pitch event concepts, solutions, and service offerings to clients confidently.
Handle inquiries, prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, and follow up until closure.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to create custom event solutions.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competition.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions.
Skills & Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in events, advertising, exhibitions, or marketing agencies).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
Good understanding of event trends, pricing, and client needs.
