Client Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in acquiring new IT clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and acquire new IT clients.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and acquisition targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and IT market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client acquisition / business development for IT clients.
- Proven track record in generating new business and meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong network within the IT industry will be an added advantage.
- Recruiting Experience is needed.
- Willing to Travel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹23, ₹40,000.00 per month
