We are looking for a dynamic Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in acquiring new IT clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and acquire new IT clients.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and acquisition targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and IT market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client acquisition / business development for IT clients.
  • Proven track record in generating new business and meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong network within the IT industry will be an added advantage.
  • Recruiting Experience is needed.
  • Willing to Travel
