Procurement Manager- Events

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of goods and services for our events. The ideal candidate Should have strong vendor management skills, an understanding of the events industry, and the ability to balance cost efficiency with quality and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing:
Identify and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers for various event-related services, including venues, production, AV, décor, catering, logistics, and giveaways.

Cost Management:
Negotiate competitive rates, prepare cost comparisons, and ensure alignment with event budgets without compromising on quality.

Contract Management:
Draft, review, and manage vendor contracts, ensuring legal and financial compliance.
•
Vendor Coordination:
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and troubleshoot any issues related to quality, delivery, or payments.
•
Market Research:
Stay up to date with market trends and pricing to identify new opportunities and suppliers.
•
Process Optimization:
Develop and implement procurement processes that ensure speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
•
Collaboration
: Work closely with the events, finance, and operations teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
•
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, vendor evaluations, and performance feedback.
