Job Opening: Transition Manager – Procurement | Bangalore

Department: Procurement / Supply Chain

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 6–8 years

We're hiring a Transition Manager – Procurement to lead and manage end-to-end procurement transition projects including vendor onboarding/offboarding, system integration, and contract transitions. This role is perfect for a seasoned procurement or supply chain professional with a strong grasp of transition planning, stakeholder management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement transitions from initiation through execution.
  • Develop project timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, Operations, and external vendors.
  • Ensure procurement compliance and knowledge transfer.
  • Report on budgets, milestones, and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA or CIPS/CPM preferred).
  • 6–8 years in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.
  • Proven transition and vendor management experience.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with procurement tools and ERP systems.
  • MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel skills.
