Job Title: Key Accounts Manager
Location: Pune

Department/Group: Corporate Project Sales
Experience Required: 5–7 years (Furniture industry – Corporate Sales, B2B to private sector clients)
Reporting To: Line Manager
Salary: Negotiable (In-hand) + Incentives
Work Days & Timings: 6 Days, 10:15 AM – 6:45 PM
Travel Required: Yes (local & outstation as per business needs)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (approx. ₹4 Cr).
- Conduct daily client visits including architects & Project Management Consultants (PMCs).
- Generate enquiries and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM software.
- Deliver product presentations to clients.
- Understand products, technical drawings & specifications.
- Participate in mock-ups and provide quotations, catalogues, and samples.
- Negotiate pricing, close orders (PO & advance), and coordinate with supply chain for deliveries.
- Ensure timely payment collections as per agreed terms.
- Regularly update clients on project progress and resolve disputes when needed.
- Maintain strong client relationships and generate MIS reports for monitoring.
- Experience in selling office chairs and modular furniture to private projects (min. 3 years preferred).
Qualifications & Education
- Graduate / MBA from a reputed institution (BE + MBA preferred).
- Age: 30–35 years.

- Proven track record of achieving annual sales targets of ₹3–5 Cr.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and business-oriented.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Pleasant personality with professional demeanor.
- English proficiency – level 3/5.

Pay: ₹534, ₹1,183,746.99 per year
