is seeking an accomplished
Sales Manager – Key Client Account
to own and expand a strategic enterprise client relationship. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, strengthening executive partnerships, and expanding People Tech Group's footprint across technology-led transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have
prior experience managing the same or similar large enterprise accounts
, a solid understanding of
enterprise technology and IT services
, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. This is a high-visibility, client-facing leadership role requiring strategic thinking, consultative selling, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Revenue Growth
- Own and manage an assigned
key enterprise client account
as the single point of contact. - Develop and execute
account growth strategies
to achieve revenue, margin, and expansion targets. - Identify and drive new opportunities across
IT services, cloud, digital transformation, data, AI/ML, and enterprise platforms
. - Build deep understanding of the client's business objectives, organizational structure, and decision-making ecosystem.
- Ensure high levels of
client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership value
.
Client Relationship Management
- Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with
CXOs, senior business leaders, and technology stakeholders
. - Conduct regular
business reviews, strategic discussions, and account planning sessions
. - Position People Tech Group as a
trusted transformation partner
, aligning client needs with relevant solutions and delivery capabilities. - Proactively manage risks, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
Sales Leadership & Execution
- Drive
end-to-end sales cycles
: opportunity identification, qualification, solutioning, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and closure. - Partner closely with
presales, delivery, engineering, and marketing teams
to create compelling value propositions. - Prepare and present
account plans, forecasts, QBRs, and sales performance reports
to internal and client leadership. - Maintain a strong and predictable
sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with internal leadership, delivery heads, and partner teams to align
go-to-market strategies
. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure
high-quality solution delivery and client success
. - Represent People Tech Group at
client meetings, executive briefings, industry forums, and partner events
.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
in IT services sales, enterprise account management, or business development. - Prior experience managing large enterprise / key client accounts
(mandatory). - Proven track record of managing
multi-million-dollar accounts
and consistently achieving or exceeding targets. - Strong ability to build trust, influence decisions, and manage senior-level client stakeholders.
- Fair understanding of
enterprise technologies, cloud platforms, digital transformation, and IT services offerings
. - Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
. - Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, client-facing, high-accountability environment
.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in
IT consulting, digital transformation, cloud services, data & AI, or enterprise solutions
. - Experience in
co-selling models, partner ecosystems, or client alliance management
. - MBA or equivalent advanced degree
(preferred, not mandatory).
