Role: Key Accounts
Brief of Responsibilities (Created by US for Reference) :
- Managing all customer demands in the fastest way by ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Close Collaborations with outside service sales for complex on-demand sales.
- Improving Customer Account Data Quality.
- Research Contract and Identify/Plan key initiatives.
- Report Accurate Monthly Order Forecasting.
- Identify and record the Key Accounts needs and requirements.
- Responsible for expanding the relationship with existing customers by continuously
- proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Responsible for resolution of any issue or problem faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain customer trust.
- Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins and sales for customers.
- Provide feedback regarding market trend, pricing and competition to product line marketing.
- Addition of business through new customers, acquisitions or direct accounts.
- Prepare and maintain required paperwork, reports and records.
- Responsible for correct products and services are delivered to customers on timely manner.
- Responsible for on time payment collection from customers.
