Brief of Responsibilities (Created by US for Reference) :

  • Managing all customer demands in the fastest way by ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Close Collaborations with outside service sales for complex on-demand sales.
  • Improving Customer Account Data Quality.
  • Research Contract and Identify/Plan key initiatives.
  • Report Accurate Monthly Order Forecasting.
  • Identify and record the Key Accounts needs and requirements.
  • Responsible for expanding the relationship with existing customers by continuously
  • proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Responsible for resolution of any issue or problem faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain customer trust.
  • Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins and sales for customers.
  • Provide feedback regarding market trend, pricing and competition to product line marketing.
  • Addition of business through new customers, acquisitions or direct accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain required paperwork, reports and records.
  • Responsible for correct products and services are delivered to customers on timely manner.
  • Responsible for on time payment collection from customers.
