Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, Guntur & Coimbatore for a Key Account Manager at GeeBee Education. The Key Account Manager will develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Responsibilities include managing and growing key accounts, executing business plans, analyzing account performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires frequent coordination with both internal and external parties to meet business objectives. While based in Vadodara, this hybrid role allows occasional work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong Key Account Management and Account Management skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to evaluate performance and drive strategies
- Exceptional Customer Service experience with a client-focused approach
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work arrangement, demonstrating flexibility, self-motivation, and effective communication
- Previous experience in education consulting, international student services, or related fields is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
