Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, building lasting customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities will include developing business plans, collaborating with internal teams, conducting account analysis, and driving revenue growth. The role also entails identifying opportunities to optimize customer success and aligning account strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Account Management and Key Accounts handling
  • Strong capabilities in Business Planning and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multifunctional teams
  • Relevant experience in healthcare or related industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
