Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role located in Hyderabad for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing customer service, and analyzing account data. Daily tasks will include maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in Key Account Management, and Account Management
- Skills in Business Planning
- Proficiency in Customer Service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
