Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Executive. The Key Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing their queries and concerns. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include managing accounts, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing regular updates and reports to higher management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales
- Proficiency in Tally software and Microsoft Office EXCELL
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce
