Role Overview

We are looking for a
Key Accounts Manager
to handle and grow relationships with leading corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be an experienced client service professional who understands brand needs, ensures campaign success and drives business growth through strong client partnerships.

Experience:
Minimum 5 Years

CTC:
₹6 – ₹9 LPA (based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring client satisfaction and business retention.
  • Understand client marketing goals and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored advertising and branding solutions.
  • Identify business expansion opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and the agency, maintaining clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Prepare business reports, client presentations and performance reviews for management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.

Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client servicing, key account management or corporate sales within advertising, media or marketing sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value clients and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and lead client projects independently.
