Key Account Manager in Diagnostics

Role Objective:
To manage and grow strategic accounts in the diagnostics segment by building long-term relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and corporate clients. The role involves driving revenue growth, ensuring service excellence, and developing customized solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key hospital chains, diagnostic centers, and institutional clients.
- Drive business growth from assigned key accounts through upselling and cross-selling diagnostic services and products.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Prepare and execute account-specific business plans and sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Monitor account performance, revenue targets, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing, and technical) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct periodic business reviews and presentations for key clients.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights to management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit control policies.
