ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
To act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.To develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to achieve long-term partnerships and to ensure they do not turn to competition.To Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.To stay on top of accounts, making sure they're receiving services.To take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.To meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.To maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.To prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.To serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.To resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
