Role Overview
The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing strategic client relationships, ensuring business growth, and delivering a seamless customer experience. The role requires a proactive, target-driven professional with strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage major key accounts and develop long-term client relationships
  • Drive sales growth, customer retention, and client satisfaction
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial negotiations, and closure
  • Maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
  • Resolve client queries and escalate issues for timely solutions
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives as required
