Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about sales and client engagement. You'll help drive our B2B sales efforts by identifying leads, presenting our services/products, and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking
  • Pitch our services and solutions to potential B2B clients
  • Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their needs
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports
  • Assist in executing sales strategies and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 0 –3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (training will be provided)
