Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media Business Development Executive
 to drive digital visibility, client engagement, and business growth through social media platforms.

This is not a content posting role — it's a 
revenue-linked business development position
 focused on turning awareness into enquiries and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a 
    social-first business development strategy
     that drives measurable results.
  • Manage FMC's presence across 
    Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
     to attract clients, partners, and collaborations.
  • Identify and reach out to filmmakers, producers, agencies, and content creators for potential tie-ups.
  • Create campaign ideas and studio showcases that convert social engagement into business enquiries.
  • Track and report weekly performance — leads generated, collaborations closed, and social ROI.
  • Coordinate with the internal creative team for content planning and production.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in 
    social media marketing, business development, or digital brand growth
    .
  • Strong communication, networking, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of the media or entertainment industry is preferred.
  • Highly organized, performance-driven, and self-motivated.
