Reachout Marketing is a fast-growing marketing and communications agency helping brands build strong customer connections through creative campaigns and strategic outreach. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive new client acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals customized to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, and client servicing) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and update CRM records regularly.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in a marketing or advertising agency).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
