Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem for a Business Executive. The role involves driving business operations, supporting the development of customized housing finance offerings, engaging with clients to provide excellent customer service, and conducting effective business planning. The Business Executive will also maintain strong communication with clients and manage day-to-day business and operational activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and understanding of Business processes
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Previous experience in housing finance or a related field is a plus
  • Graduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred
