Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients through proactive account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead engaging warm calling campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and expand the client base.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements, aligning our solutions with their business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations that highlight our value proposition.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively in the marketplace.
  • Lead cross-functional teams during complex sales processes involving technical solutions or product integrations.
  • Provide ongoing account management support by coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or related fields with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to craft mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—that enable clear articulation of complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in business development activities including cold calling, warm calling, and lead generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing sales pipelines and analyzing data.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques for effective prospecting and client engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market data, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration within teams and foster a proactive sales environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
