We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Ethicsecur's mission and goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs to drive business growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.

Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.

Track and analyze business metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Looking for Freshers in business development or a related role.

Strong understanding of ethical business practices and secure solutions.

Proven ability to develop strategic plans, identify new markets, and close deals.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Familiarity with CRM tools and business analytics platforms is a plus.
