Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager with 2 years of experience in managing client accounts, leading teams, and executing impactful social media strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and driving client sales through innovative digital marketing campaigns across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client social media accounts and ensure consistent brand presence across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and sales conversions.
  • Provide creative inputs and oversee content planning, campaign ideation, and execution.
  • Handle client communication and management, ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery of campaign goals.
  • Lead and guide a team of designers, content creators, and ad specialists to meet project objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights and analytics.
  • Stay updated with current trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in client social media handling and team management.
  • Excellent understanding of content planning, campaign execution, and performance analytics.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to drive measurable growth in client sales and engagement.
  • Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite, and Ads Manager.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Social Media or Digital Marketing (Meta, Google, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
