Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to promote and drive admissions for the MBA programme. The role involves lead generation, institutional outreach, counselling coordination, and brand-building activities to increase student enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through college visits, education fairs, digital campaigns, and referrals.
- Build partnerships with undergraduate institutions, training centers, and corporates.
- Conduct presentations and counselling sessions for prospective MBA students.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups.
- Track and report weekly progress on leads, conversions, and outreach activities.
- Contribute to achieving the institution's MBA admission targets.
Qualification: Any Bachelor's degree with MBA (MBA preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years in business development, student recruitment, or education marketing (preferred).
Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Tamil; willingness to travel.
- Goal-oriented mindset with good reporting and coordination ability.
