Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in preparing RFPs, EOIs, and bid proposals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and the ability to work independently to drive business opportunities, build client relationships, and support proposal development.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and submit RFPs, EOIs, and tender documents.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

· Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development.

· Conduct market research and track tender platforms.

· Build and maintain client relationships.

· Create presentations and marketing materials in MS Office.

· Provide regular updates on business development activities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

· 3–8 years in business development and proposal writing

· Experience with RFP/EOI/tender preparation

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Strong verbal and written communication

· Detail-oriented, organized, and meets deadlines

· Self-motivated and able to work independently

· Team player with a proactive mindset
