About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Outbound Appointment Setter with proven experience in outbound lead generation and appointment booking for digital marketing agencies.
This is not a performance marketing or media buying role. We are not hiring Facebook/Google Ads specialists.
Only apply if your core experience is in outbound outreach, appointment setting, or business development in Digital Marketing Agency.
Please don't apply if you don't have digital marketing agency experience.
The ideal candidate has worked in a sales development or outreach role inside a digital agency, booking qualified calls for services like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or other performance marketing services — but not running the ads themselves.
You must be experienced in reaching out to cold prospects via LinkedIn, email, Instagram DMs, SMS, and other creative outbound channels, and turning them into qualified appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach using LinkedIn, email, Instagram, SMS, and other relevant platforms.
- Build outbound prospecting systems, sequences, and automation to drive high-quality leads.
- Personalize messages that resonate with business owners and decision-makers.
- Use multi-step follow-up systems to increase appointment show-up rates.
- Manage CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel or similar).
- Work closely with the internal sales team to hand over qualified appointments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in outbound sales / appointment setting for a digital marketing agency (Must-have).
- NOT a performance marketer or media buyer — this is purely an outreach and lead generation role.
- Strong understanding of how to sell digital marketing services to cold prospects.
- Proven track record of generating and booking qualified appointments.
- Experience in international outreach (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, , GoHighLevel, etc.
- Organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and data-driven.

- You are a Facebook Ads expert, Google Ads expert, or general digital marketer.
- You don't have direct experience with cold outreach and appointment setting.
- You've never worked inside a digital marketing agency doing outbound prospecting.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of show-up rate optimization and appointment funnel metrics.
- Experience working with weekly KPIs and performance dashboards.
