Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Franchise Development, located in Bangalore Urban. The Franchise Development role involves identifying and securing new franchise opportunities, managing relationships with potential franchisees, and supporting them through the onboarding process. The role also includes developing and implementing effective franchise sales strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring that franchisees adhere to company standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • Franchise Sales and Franchising skills
  • Business Acumen and Sales skills
  • Experience in Training and supporting franchisees
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
