Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Franchise and Business Development role located in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and engaging potential franchise leads, conducting thorough market research, and developing strategies to expand the brand's footprint. Responsibilities include fostering strong communication with stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and providing excellent customer support to ensure franchisee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills for evaluating market data and identifying growth opportunities
  • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with franchisees, clients, and team members
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying and approaching potential franchise opportunities
  • Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for franchise partners and stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
  • Background in business development or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
