Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Franchise Manager for our Bengaluru location. This full-time, mid-level position requires an experienced professional with 7 to 10 years of work experience. The role involves strategic planning, contract negotiation, and franchise development to expand Apponix Technologies' footprint. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving growth and ensuring brand compliance across all franchise operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Franchise Development (Mandatory skill): Proven track record in launching and managing successful franchise operations, with comprehensive understanding of franchise models.
  • Contract Negotiation (Mandatory skill): Expertise in negotiating contracts with potential franchisees, ensuring mutual benefits and legal compliance.
  • Strategic Planning (Mandatory skill): Strong ability in formulating strategic plans to drive franchise growth and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Skilled in conducting thorough market research to identify potential markets and assess competitive landscapes.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with franchisees and internal stakeholders for business success.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensures all franchisee operations align with company standards and brand guidelines to maintain brand integrity.
  • Financial Forecasting: Proficient in developing financial forecasts and budgets to assess franchise profitability and sustainability.
  • Marketing Strategy: Experienced in creating effective marketing strategies to support franchisee growth and increase market presence.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit qualified franchise partners to expand Apponix Technologies' network across new markets.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of franchise establishment, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to refine strategies and maximize franchise opportunities.
  • Collaborate with franchisees to develop business plans and provide support in executing marketing strategies.
  • Monitor franchise performance metrics to ensure targets are met and assess potential areas for improvement.
  • Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to Apponix brand guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive support and training to franchisees to enhance their operational and financial performance.
  • Negotiate, draft, and manage franchise agreements and related legal documentation.
