Founded in 1997, the organization services over 2 lakh plus satisfied clients across 14 avant-garde facilities spread over 60,000 square feet.
Role and Responsibilities:
As the Franchise Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the franchise operations of our Spa and Skincare clinics. You will play a critical role in expanding our brand's reach and ensuring the success of our franchise partners. This position reports directly to the Executive Leadership Team.
Franchise Development and Expansion:
- Identify potential franchise opportunities and markets for expansion. - Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the franchise network. - Evaluate franchisee applications and select qualified candidates.
Franchisee Support and Training:
- Provide comprehensive training and support to new franchisees. - Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments for existing franchise partners. - Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards, operational guidelines, and quality control.
Financial Management:
- Monitor franchisee financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. - Implement financial strategies to maximize franchisee ROI and overall profitability. - Work with franchisees to create and manage annual budgets.
Marketing and Branding:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and strategies for franchise locations. - Ensure consistent branding and marketing efforts across all franchise clinics. - Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure franchisees comply with all legal and regulatory requirements. - Maintain high-quality standards for services and customer experience. - Implement quality control measures and customer feedback systems.
Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with franchisees, providing guidance, support, and open communication. - Serve as the primary point of contact between franchisees and corporate headquarters. - Resolve disputes and issues among franchise partners.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze franchise performance data and market trends. - Prepare regular reports for the executive team on franchise network performance and growth.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred). - At least 15 Years of experience - Proven experience in franchise management, preferably in the spa and skincare/retail/wellness or similar industry, handling a large number of franchise stores - Should be handling at least 1 to 1.5 Crores of monthly business and handling 3-4 franchise managers - Strong business acumen and financial management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees. - Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies. - Proficiency in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions. - Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to franchising
