Job Title: Franchise Sales Executive for UBIKA Preschool | Daycare | Activity Centre
Overview:
As a Franchise Sales Executive for our preschool brand, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of franchise locations. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential franchise partners, guiding them through the franchise acquisition process, and ensuring successful onboarding. Your primary objective will be to drive franchise sales growth while maintaining the integrity and reputation of our preschool brand.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and cultivate leads for potential franchise partnerships through various channels including online research, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective franchisees.
Franchise Sales Process:
Guide prospective franchisees through the entire sales process, from initial contact to signing of franchise agreements.
Conduct informative and persuasive presentations to showcase the benefits of owning a franchise with our preschool brand.
Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing accurate information to help potential franchisees make informed decisions.
Relationship Management:
Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective franchisees, serving as their primary point of contact and advisor throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure a seamless transition for new franchise partners.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and strategic partnerships.
Conduct market research to assess demand for preschool services in target regions and identify potential areas for franchise development.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with franchise regulations and legal requirements in target markets.
Assist prospective franchisees in completing necessary documentation and paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead generation efforts, prospect interactions, and sales outcomes.
Provide regular reports and forecasts to management to track progress toward sales targets and inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in franchise sales or related fields, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.
Familiarity with the preschool education industry and franchising regulations (preferred).
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospective franchisees and attend industry events.
