Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise and Business Development Manager at BIGGIES BURGER located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for franchise sales, developing and managing business plans, overseeing business management activities, and ensuring effective P&L management. The role also includes expanding franchise networks and ensuring business goals are met.
Qualifications
- Skills in Franchise Sales and Franchising
- Experience in Business Planning and Business Management
- Proficiency in P&L Management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Background in the food retail or QSR industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
