Lead Generation and Marketing Specialist

We're building the sales engine that will drive our expansion into Dubai and Indonesia markets. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape our entire lead generation and marketing operations.
The Role
We're looking for a
tech-obsessed, AI-powered marketing operator
who can build the infrastructure that feeds our sales pipeline. You'll be responsible for identifying, researching, and warming up target accounts across Middle East and Southeast Asian markets.
This is NOT a traditional marketing role. You won't be writing blog posts or managing social media. You'll be:
- Building targeted account lists using data intelligence tools
- Organizing webinars and podcasts that attract our ideal customers
- Automating marketing workflows that nurture cold leads into warm opportunities
- Using AI to do in 2 hours what takes others 2 days
What You'll Do
Lead Intelligence & Research (40% of time)
- Build target account lists per week for Dubai/Indonesia markets
- Use Lusha, , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to find decision-makers
- Enrich contact data with verified emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles
- Leverage AI (ChatGPT/Claude) to analyze companies and identify pain points at scale
- Score and prioritize accounts based on fit criteria
- Maintain 95%+ data accuracy in CRM
- Brief SDR team with account intelligence before outreach
Event & Content Marketing (30% of time)
- Organize 1-2 webinars per month targeting our ICP (end-to-end ownership)
- Coordinate podcast production: guest outreach, scheduling, show notes, distribution
- Create event landing pages and registration flows in HubSpot
- Execute multi-channel promotion (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp)
- Manage event platforms (Zoom Webinars, Eventbrite, etc.)
- Track event ROI and lead quality metrics
- Plan presence at industry conferences (quarterly)
Marketing Automation & Operations (30% of time)
- Build and optimize HubSpot workflows for lead nurture
- Create email sequences that convert cold leads into meetings
- Set up lead scoring models using AI and historical data
- Implement automation using to connect tools
- Generate reports on campaign performance and pipeline contribution
- A/B test messaging, subject lines, and campaign tactics
- Maintain CRM hygiene and data quality standards

- Understanding of sales funnels and lead lifecycle

- Excellent written English (you'll write emails, landing pages, event copy)
- Data-driven mindset (you track metrics and optimize based on data)
Soft Skills
- Self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision
- Detail-oriented but moves fast
- Can juggle multiple projects without dropping balls
- Problem solver (you Google/ChatGPT your way through blockers)
- Process-oriented (you document what you build)
Nice-to-Have:
- Understanding of Middle East or Southeast Asian business culture
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or tech
- Marketing automation certification (HubSpot, Marketo)
- Experience organizing 50+ person events/webinars
- Copywriting or content creation skills
- Video editing basics
- Language skills (Arabic, Bahasa Indonesia, or Mandarin)
Experience & Education
Experience:
- 1-3 years in marketing operations, growth marketing, lead generation, or sales operations
- Freshers with exceptional tech skills and strong portfolio will be considered
- Previous roles: Marketing coordinator, growth associate, sales ops, BDR/SDR with marketing exposure
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field
- MBA/specialized marketing certifications are a plus
- Self-taught with proven track record also welcome
