Leadership Level
- Plan and execute marketing and business development activities as assigned.
- Generate quality leads through platforms such as LinkedIn and others.
- Perform cold calling, conversion, and B2B sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Learn and present company products and services effectively to potential customers Strengthen the companys reach in the assigned market.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies for brand visibility and business growth.
- Research and analyze markets to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management (Managers/Directors) to discuss strategies and business goals.
- Suggest process improvements and ensure adherence to company culture and hierarchy.
Team Management Level
- Motivate, manage, and mentor a team of 2-3 Business Development Executives (BDEs).
- Team size to 2-3 members within a targeted timeframe.
- Achieve business growth by driving team sales performance.
- Train team members to ensure cooperation and collaboration.
- Write a effective sales scripts, FAQs, and objection-handling sheets.
- Implement strong sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor team performance and productivity
- Set and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Draft weekly engaging and motivational sales communications (emails, WhatsApp, etc.) for customers.
