Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Business Development (BD) Manager
who will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT Business Development, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services (Web Development, Hosting, and Digital Solutions).
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Work closely with the technical team to understand project requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by building a strong pipeline of clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and client needs.
- Manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Managing Tender Opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience
in IT Business Development / Sales. - Strong understanding of IT services (web development, Moblie App development, digital solutions).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
