Business Development Executive
to take the lead in driving growth, building lasting client relationships, and exploring new business opportunities. If you're a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the
IT services and digital marketing industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire and retain clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
  • Collaborate closely with
    technical, digital marketing
    , and
    sales teams
    to align business goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior BDEs, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the
    IT services and digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent proposal writing and documentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of
    IT services, digital solutions, and digital marketing trends.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM ERP.
  • Existing network or connections in potential client industries.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Past Experience with Digital Marketing Agency.
