Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire and retain clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Collaborate closely with
technical, digital marketing
, and
sales teams
to align business goals. - Mentor and guide junior BDEs, sharing insights and best practices.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the
IT services and digital marketing industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent proposal writing and documentation skills.
- Strong understanding of
IT services, digital solutions, and digital marketing trends.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM ERP.
- Existing network or connections in potential client industries.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Past Experience with Digital Marketing Agency.
