Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with a proven background in the herbs, spices, and superfoods industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, with the ability to generate new orders, expand market presence, and build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within the herbs, spices, and superfoods sectors.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Generate sales orders and ensure timely processing, follow-up, and delivery.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and quality) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in herbs, spices, or superfoods.
- Strong track record of order generation and revenue growth.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals effectively.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong understanding of global trade practices (export/import experience is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.
