Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive B2B sales of drone parts, manage key accounts, and develop strategic plans to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify potential clients, conduct negotiations, and close high-value deals.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Product Knowledge & Consultation: Educate clients about our drone parts, their applications, and technical benefits to provide the best solutions.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights for business growth.
- Collaboration & Team Coordination: Work closely with technical teams, marketing, and supply chain to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in drone parts, aviation, robotics, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with key accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Knowledge of drone technology, UAV components, and industry trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
