What you'll do:

Listings

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate content, pricing, and images.

on marketplaces such as Myntra, Blinkit, Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart etc

  • Onboarding on new platforms/marketplaces
  • Keyword optimization to improve listings and organic search ranking
  • Connecting and coordinating with category SPOC at marketplace portals.

Quality Checks

  • Ensure all product listings have correct details (title, description, images, specifications, pricing, etc.)
  • Doing daily Quality checks to verify that all product listings are live and correctly displayed on all platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
  • Identify any missing, inactive, or incorrectly categorized products and work on it.
  • Verify that product images meet platform guidelines (size, resolution, background, and clarity).
  • Generate and share QC reports on listing errors, missing details, and quality issues on a daily basis.
  • MIS reports for sales, revenue, customer insights, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics like sales, return rates, account health,  listing health, and delivery SLAs.

Order Processing:

  • Coordinate with operations team to keep a check of order processing
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Take care of customer escalations in case of delays or order processing issues

Ideal Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience managing e-commerce or marketplace accounts. (Preferred)
  • experience in eCommerce product listing and cataloging on multiple platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Myntra etc, preferably in personal care categories.
  • Hands-on experience with marketplaces  like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit etc
  • Ability to manage and execute across multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
