Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

About Us

We are a premium fine jewelry brand specializing in lab-grown and natural diamond jewelry for the USA market. We sell across multiple online channels, with Amazon being one of our core marketplaces. We are looking for an Amazon E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our Seller Central operations — excluding Amazon Ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, bullet points, and variations.
  • Handle bulk listing updates and uploads via Excel/Flat Files on Amazon Seller Central, Websites.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure products remain in stock.
  • Set up and manage discounts, coupons, and promotional offers.
  • Process and manage Amazon order files/reports for smooth order fulfillment and tracking.
  • Monitor listing performance, pricing accuracy, and compliance with Amazon guidelines.
  • Review competitor listings and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse/operations team for returns and customer issues.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, order file processing).
  • Strong skills in bulk Excel operations and flat file uploads.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Good written English for product content updates.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • No Amazon Ads experience required for this role.
