  • Coordinate and manage all export documentation and logistics for international shipments.
  • Handle pre- and post-shipment documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and export documentation requirements.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), shipping lines, and other logistics partners.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and address any delays or issues.
  • Coordinate with the production, sales, and inventory teams to ensure product availability and readiness for export.
  • Manage customer queries and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and maintain export records, reports, and MIS for management.
  • Assist in negotiating freight rates and contracts with logistics partners.
  • Stay updated with changes in export laws, trade agreements, and global market trends.
