Export Executive - Documentation For Public Limited Speciality Chemical Producer Andheri
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Documentation Management:
Prepare, verify, and manage all export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading (B/L), certificates of origin (COO), and other necessary certifications.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of the exporting and importing countries.
- Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation processes.
Manage and process documents related to Letters of Credit (LCs).
Coordination and Communication:
Liaise and coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Communicate with internal teams, such as sales, finance, and logistics, to gather necessary information and ensure a seamless export process.
Compliance and Record-Keeping:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and trade policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all export transactions and documentation for easy retrieval and auditing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: B.Com or Any Other similar Graduate
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in export documentation, logistics, or international trade.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in EXIM Dept is a must.
- Candidate shall be excellent in written and verbal communications.
- Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word & PPT.
- Team Spirit, Self Motivated, Logical, Hard working & Good grasping power.
