  • Prepare export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (COO), Certificate of Analysis (COA), etc.
  • Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments (Sales, Production, QA/QC).
  • Handle documentation related to Letter of Credit (LC) and ensure compliance with INCOTERMS.
  • Ensure timely submission of documents to banks and buyers.
  • Maintain records for pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation
