PV Lumens a division of Rashi Peripherals Ltd is a distribution enterprise with a nation-wide presence across 18 locations in India & 1 in APAC, We have specializes in the distribution of testing and measurement instruments, LAN infrastructure and cabling, building management - safety and security systems, automatic identification and data capture products, (AIDC) and hardware and electrical products. PV Lumens represents some of the leading global brands in the industry and has a professional distribution set-up that serves as a reliable support system.
Job Purpose: Working with Account or Channel Management, owns development and execution of technology strategy. Designs solutions that meet customer needs and beat competition. Develops strong relationships with sales team, internal engineering, and key technical customer contacts and leverages to advantage; creates and delivers high impact solution presentations. This ideal candidate will support the regional sales team and partners on Barcode, Wireless and RFID solutions. To do business process study of customer operations, develop suitable solutions, and define the SRS for the project.
Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for responding to partner / customer queries and product issues timely and accurately, via telephone, email or short messages. Coordinate internally with OEM to deliver on-time results to clients. Conducting training for partners across India on OEM product and solution offerings. Work closely with the internal team, partner and customer to build a strong business pipeline. Ability to design the system and prepare BOQ as per partner / customer / OEM requirements Give solution presentations, solution design, proposal and track development. Demonstrate business benefits and value to partner / customers, maintain and manage partner / customer relationships. Understand customers' business & technical requirements (problem statement) and translate them into cost-efficient solutions (problem solving capability). Handle after-sales service for product problem consultation, incoming and outgoing logistics management, and departmental documentation.
Requirement: Engineering College Degree or Equitant Degree will be preferred. 5 years of proven pre-sales experience opportunities at various levels. Communication and coordination skills, carefulness and responsibility for work. An ability to work well under pressure. Good customer service awareness and expression skills. Willingness to travel. Experience of creating and drafting technical proposals/SOW/Work Contracts for Technical Assessment, Solution and Customer Experience Design. Experience in market verticals of manufacturing, logistics, retail. Pre-sales experience in performing Proof of Concept (POC), RFP, training etc. Experience in custom software development projects, ERP, etc.
