Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Inside Sales Support professional to join our remote team at The ideal candidate will have a passion for the video game industry and a knack for conducting thorough research. This role will involve supporting our sales team by managing various administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between our company and video game developers and content creators. Ideally candidate will be familiar with CRM sales tools, understand the video game development market and be proactive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and gather information on video game development, development teams, and industry trends.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for the sales management team.
- Handle all administrative paperwork, ensuring timely follow-through on documentation.
- Assist in drafting and managing agreements between the company and developers.
- Maintain organized records of communications and contracts.
- Support the sales team with any additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales support, administrative roles, or related areas.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interest in the video game industry and knowledge of video game development is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is required.
